About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our dedicated team, responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services to our valued clients. As a key player in our organization, you'll be accountable for ensuring seamless payroll operations, maintaining exceptional client relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, guaranteeing timely and accurate payroll processing, and adherence to our high standards of security and quality.
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance on payroll-related matters and offering tailored solutions to address their unique needs.
• Address client inquiries and system-related concerns in a prompt, professional manner, aiming for first contact resolution and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Assume ownership of the client lifecycle, focusing on continuous service improvement, and upholding the highest standards of excellence in all interactions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify optimal strategies for utilizing Moorepay software, helping them maximize the platform's potential and meet their business objectives.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the team, promoting consistency and reinforcing the company's commitment to excellence.
• Work closely with the Implementation team to streamline client onboarding, minimizing delays and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and client feedback, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing actionable recommendations.
• Foster collaboration between teams, including Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Technology, to deliver cohesive support and maximize client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the CRM tool, documenting specific processing instructions, and ensuring they are reviewed and updated regularly.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals, adhering to deadlines, policies, and procedures, and taking part in training and development programs to enhance your skills and performance.
