About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, accurate, and secure payrolls while building strong relationships with both clients and employees.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage a strategic portfolio of clients, ensuring their payrolls are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Develop close working relationships with clients and colleagues, providing expert advice on payroll matters.
• Respond promptly to client queries regarding payroll or systems issues, striving for first contact resolution and client advocacy.
• Take ownership of the client journey, guaranteeing service excellence throughout their engagement with us.
• Educate clients on how to utilize their Moorepay software effectively, addressing their business needs and preferences.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, promoting consistency in the client experience across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and manage customer input to ensure quality and format standards are met, reducing delays in processing.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements, collaborating with the Implementation team to optimize client onboarding.
• Meet departmental KPIs and quality standards, reviewing and acting upon customer feedback as needed.
• Lead service improvement initiatives driven by customer satisfaction surveys, collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CIPP qualification or relevant experience in payroll management.
• Proven ability to build positive customer relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Knowledge of Moorepay HR expertise or alternative platforms (desirable).
• Experience working in an outsourced payroll service provider (desirable).
• Ability to learn and develop new skills, with a growth mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Great coaching and mentoring skills, with a talent for empowering colleagues and driving success.
• Highly organized and methodical approach, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
