Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Support Manager to join our team at Chroma Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our Care Homes in the North East area.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Elderly Dementia experience and CQC knowledge
- Nurse qualifications or equivalent
- Strong leadership and management skills
What We Offer
- Estimated annual salary: £55,000 - £60,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including 38 days holiday + bank holidays
