Job Title: Apple Mac Support Engineer

CDW UK is seeking a skilled Apple Mac Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in Central London.

This is a contract role that will be based on-site in Central London, supporting approximately 99% Apple Mac users. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Apple Mac support and enjoy providing face-to-face user support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support predominantly Mac OSX and Windows users
  • Enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners
  • Respond to escalated hardware, software, and network service requests
  • Ensure proper installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and support of laptops, desktops, network equipment, A/V equipment & various peripherals
  • Manage SaaS access requests and administer internal applications
  • Proactively identify common ticket trends and metrics to implement improvements
Requirements:
  • Experience administering Okta, JAMF, and G Suite in an enterprise environment
  • Understanding of networking concepts (WiFi, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, etc)
