Job Title: Apple Mac Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Apple Mac Support Specialist to join our team at Apache Associates. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our clients' Apple Mac devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring resolutions align with service level agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Adhere strictly to service processes and maintain accurate, comprehensive ticket records.
  • Emphasize quality and first-time resolution, avoiding temporary fixes and escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues following best practice protocols and stay informed about emerging IT trends and technologies.
  • Provide on-site support and work towards meeting daily ticket resolution goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a Mac help desk environment, with the last 2 years working at 2nd line.
  • Solid experience of Mac support with JAMF, JumpCloud, and Addigy, coupled with Windows desktop and server experience.
  • Some experience of MS365, AWS, DHCP, and DNS.
