Apple Mac Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Apple Mac Support Specialist to join our team at Apache Associates. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their Apple Mac devices are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring resolutions align with SLA targets
* Troubleshoot and resolve Apple Mac issues, adhering to service processes
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive ticket records, consistently updating clients
* Emphasize quality and first-time resolution, avoiding temporary fixes
* Escalate complex issues appropriately, ensuring tickets are detailed for efficient handover
* Provide on-site support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues following best practice protocols

**Requirements**

* At least 4 years of experience in a Mac help desk environment, with the last 2 years working at 2nd line
* Solid experience of Mac support with JAMF, JumpCloud, and Addigy, coupled with Windows desktop and server experience
* Familiarity with MS365, AWS, DHCP, and DNS
