Your primary duties will include:

* Efficiently managing and prioritizing support tickets to ensure resolutions align with SLA targets
* Troubleshooting and resolving Apple Mac issues in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive ticket records
* Escalating complex issues appropriately
* Providing on-site support and staying informed about emerging IT trends and technologies

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of experience working in a Mac help desk environment, with the last 2 years working at 2nd line. You will have solid experience with Mac support using JAMF, JumpCloud, and Addigy, as well as Windows desktop and server experience. Additionally, you will have some experience with MS365, AWS, DHCP, and DNS.
