About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
  • Drive Sales and Customer Service: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and customer service targets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage Retail Operations: Oversee inventory management, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations to ensure seamless store experiences.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Boutique Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Retail Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or prestige beauty.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service and Sales Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Retail Operations Experience: Experience in inventory management, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Right to Work: Proof of right to live and work in the country.
