About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Reconciliation and Resolution Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reconciling sales and receipts for our UK, European, and USA stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile sales and receipts for all stores
- Work closely with stores and third-party organizations to prevent aged items
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types
- Provide on-going support to UK retail stores, ensuring timely transfer activity and store invoice requests
- Prepare Tender account reconciliations for review and sign-off by the financial controller
About You
- Previous reconciliation experience
- Query resolution skills
- Experience with credit and debit card rules and regulations
- Strong organization and planning ability
- Excellent accuracy and detail
- Finance experience within a retail environment would be desirable
