Financial Manager

Rec Financial is partnering with a North Leicestershire-based business to find a skilled Finance Manager to join their team.
The role will be based at the company's head office, which is easily commutable from Leicester, Leicestershire, and surrounding areas, including Loughborough, Coalville, Castle Donington, Ashby de la Zouch, Nottingham, and Derby.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this exciting Finance Manager position is a key hire for the business, with revenues exceeding 100 million pounds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's monthly management accounts and supporting analysis, assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting, and overseeing the transactional teams.
The business is looking for a candidate with a broad skill set that covers both management and financial accounting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and financial planning.
The company will consider candidates who are either QBE or studying/qualified for CIMA or ACCA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the firm's monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee the transactional teams
- Support the Finance Director with period/year-end activities, VAT returns, and other financial tasks
Requirements:
- Strong background in financial management
- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and financial planning
- QBE or studying/qualified for CIMA or ACCA
