About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching and developing the team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
  • Drive sales and customer service targets through effective inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Work flexible hours to ensure a good work-life balance and meet the needs of the business.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to manage and analyze sales data and customer information.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
