We're seeking a driven and inspiring Assistant Manager to lead our Leicester store to success. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and motivating your colleagues to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance by leveraging data and KPIs to inform and engage the team.
  • Create a customer-focused ethos among the team, ensuring everyone works collaboratively to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Motivate and lead the retail store team, supporting and developing your colleagues to excel in their roles.
  • WOW customers with beautiful visual merchandising and make our gorgeous collections the stars of the show.
  • Have a clear vision for delivering store objectives, delegate effectively, and uphold all processes and procedures for a structured and safe work environment.
