We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Elevate in-store events and draw success from them, ensuring a unique and engaging customer experience.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, driving sales and customer loyalty.
  • Coach and mentor others to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
