Apprentice Building Surveyor

Our client, a reputable family-owned building contractor, is seeking an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that building projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Issuing of sub-contractor tender enquiries and evaluating quotations
- Convening and attending sub-contractor Pre-Contract meetings and preparing formal sub-contract Agreements
- Site measurement of building works undertaken and valuation and payment of sub-contractor interim accounts
- Agreement of sub-contractor final accounts and assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports
- Preparing and submission of monthly Profit and Loss reports and agreement of external Applications for Payment
- Agreement of Client variations and ensuring that all construction projects are delivered to the highest standards
