Apprentice Building Surveyor

Our client, a reputable family-owned building contractor, is seeking an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that building projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Sub-Contractor Management: Issuing tender enquiries, evaluating quotations, and convening pre-contract meetings with sub-contractors.
- Site Measurement and Valuation: Measuring building works undertaken and valuing sub-contractor interim accounts.
- Agreement of Final Accounts: Agreeing sub-contractor final accounts and preparing external applications for payment.
- Reporting and Administration: Assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports and profit and loss reports.
