Job Description

The Graduate Network is seeking a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at a Good secondary school in Walsall.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per year and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in SEN education.

In this position, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to KS4 students with autism and ADHD.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide 1:1 and small-group support to KS4 students with autism and ADHD.
  2. Develop personalised learning strategies that address individual needs and promote academic progress.
  3. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
