Learning Support Coordinator

beBee Professionals in Walsall is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with special educational needs in a one-on-one or small group setting.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEPs.
- Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
