Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage CRM sales databases, input data, run reports, and coordinate data analysis.
- Produce daily Excel reports, analyze customer spend and sales data, using pivot tables and lookups.
- Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and analysis, maintaining and updating sales records and databases.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and handling travel arrangements.
- Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions, serving as a point of contact between sales, customer service, and other departments.
- Identify areas for process improvement in sales and customer service operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support role, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
