About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator - Customer Experience to join our team, based in one of our customer offices. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to our regional customers, driving upselling opportunities through product knowledge and expertise.

Your primary focus will be on managing an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, ensuring a seamless customer journey and building lasting relationships with regular customers. You will also oversee daily deliveries and collections within the depot, working closely with the team to achieve smooth operations.

  • With a background in customer service, preferably handling inbound orders/sales enquiries, you will possess the skills to leverage your product knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • You will be comfortable making decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures, utilising your own judgment and initiative to resolve queries efficiently.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach is essential, as you will navigate a fast-paced operational environment, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Continuous improvement is vital, as you will identify areas for enhancement and propose solutions to improve processes and service levels.
  • A solid foundation in MS Office packages is necessary for success in this role.
