Job Title: Commissioning Coordinator

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Coordinator to join our Adult Social Care team in Walsall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate directly with care providers to support service users requiring care services.
  • Develop positive relationships with care providers across the health and social care economy.
  • Operate within contracted frameworks in the commissioning of health and social care.
  • Provide an effective interface across health and social care teams.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure timely delivery of care services in accordance with the Social Care and Support, Assessment and Care Management process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Adult Social Care agenda and localised social care practice.

This is a temporary contract opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately £13,020 per annum.
