**Job Title:** Care Coordinator
Location: Walsall
Salary: £13,020 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our Adult Social Care Team in Walsall. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating directly with care providers to support service users requiring care services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with care providers. You will work closely with social care teams to ensure that service users receive appropriate support in a timely manner.
The main purpose of this role is to operate compliantly within contracted frameworks in the commissioning of health and social care. You will provide an effective interface across health and social care teams, advising on contractual and market management issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver a responsive micro commissioning service
- To ensure service users receive the right care at the right time within budgeted envelope
- To operate compliantly within contracted frameworks
