We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our secondary schools.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a enthusiastic and dedicated individual to work closely with teachers and students in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide learning support to students and administrative assistance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage student behavior, encouraging positive relationships and effective learning outcomes.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Support students with their learning, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with secondary school students, preferably in a teaching or support capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient prioritization and task completion.
  • A passion for education and commitment to supporting student learning, driving academic success.
  • Ability to deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Effective classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer:
