Job Title: Psychology Graduate Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and caring Psychology graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant in schools within the West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in developing their skills in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be committed to providing support and guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the development and learning of students within the school
  • Provide 1:1 and general support to students according to requirements
  • Work alongside other teaching and support staff to ensure a safe and productive environment

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include your own online platform for managing your availability, competitive rates of pay, and professional support from our expert team of consultants.

This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities for permanent roles in the future.
