UK & Europe Business Development Director

As a Senior Sales Leader at Plaid, you will be responsible for leading our UK & Europe sales organization and driving business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our business.
Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
Location: Flexible, with the option to work from home or our office locations in the UK and Europe.
About the Role- Lead the Start-Up / Mid Market Management business, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Motivate and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them succeed.
- Build strong executive relationships with top accounts, identifying opportunities to drive growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Work cross-functionally with our US sales leadership team and other departments to identify points of leverage and product gaps.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the Start-Up / Mid Market Management business
