At Capex, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to drive business development in Europe and the UK market.

Job Description:

We require a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to oversee revenue growth, develop strategies, and build a high-performing team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Hitting revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Driving business development efforts, including client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and alliances.
  • Managing projects involving system development and dialogue scenario creation.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Focusing on Direct-To-Consumer businesses and products, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored AI dialogue solutions.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products/services and addressing client needs promptly.
    • Engaging in upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Operational Management:
    • Solution deployment wide, ensuring system development and dialogue scenario creation meet the expectations and requirements of clients.
    • Ensuring that all organizational and system operations are carried out efficiently and comply with local laws and regulations.
    • Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to maintain profitability.
    • Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales/consulting/solution sales with a track record of leading large corporate projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations/solution management with a knowledge of post-sales solution deployment process and practice.
  • An autonomous, strategic thinker passionate about solving business challenges.
  • Eager to collaborate with engineering and production teams on product updates.
  • English language proficiency is required.

Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per year (based on experience). Performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
