We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager fluent in German or Dutch to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for the Northern European region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage international payroll for 9 countries, reviewing and approving reports from the payroll outsourcing team
- Handle general HR matters for overseas staff
- Collaborate with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processes
- Fluency in German or Dutch, written and spoken
- Additional fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market
- Experience in managing international payroll
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically in an operational HR role
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment as well as independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
