Adult Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychology Specialist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves providing specialist psychological assessments, interventions, and treatments to adults with complex mental health needs, as well as supervising junior staff members and contributing to service development and evaluation activities.

- Conduct specialist psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with complex mental health needs.
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to adults and their families.
- Participate in service development and evaluation activities, utilizing research skills to inform practice and improve outcomes.
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with adult mental health populations, including those with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this role is £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
