Clinical Psychology Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychology Specialist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with individuals, groups, and families affected by mental illness.

About the Role

As a Clinical Psychology Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with complex psychological needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral-level qualification in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Clinical Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
