Occupational Therapist

Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist to work full-time based in Sidcup.

The pay rate for this permanent Community Rehab Occupational Therapist job is £26 - £27 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an on-going contract

**Main Duties**:

- Equipment assessment and review
- Cognitive assessment
- Rehabilitation care plans
- Case managing as part of MDT
- Initial OT assessment
- Joint working with physio

**Requirements of the Community Rehab Occupational Therapist**:

- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- At least two years of post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Experiences of working with older adults
- Car driver essential
- Worked as part of a rehab team, community, or hospital experience
- Rotational experience
