Job Description:This role encompasses various accounts administration tasks, including weekly payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and HMRC documentation management. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of accuracy and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage employee timesheets and input data into pay and billing systems.
- Process wage calculations with attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate employee data and process updates.
- Oversee HMRC documentation for tax and National Insurance deductions.
- Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, payslips, and timesheets.
- Enrol new starters into the company pension scheme.
- Process customer and supplier invoices through payroll and accounts systems.
- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll processing.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
