Job Summary:

This role involves managing various aspects of payroll and accounts administration, including weekly payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and HMRC documentation management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee timesheets and input data into pay and billing systems.
  • Process wages, salaries, overtime, and holiday pay calculations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and process updates.
  • Ensure accurate tax and National Insurance deductions.
  • Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, payslips, and timesheets.
  • Enrol new starters into the company pension scheme.
  • Process customer and supplier invoices through payroll and accounts systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

This role comes with a salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits, providing a solid foundation for career growth and development.
