Business Development Manager – Print / Large Format / POS / Events and Exhibitions / Signage

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Taylor Higson, a modern and edgy large format digital print specialist company based in Berkshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy that drives sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within print industry – Print / Large Format / POS / Events and Exhibitions / Signage
  • Proven sales track record of hitting targets
  • Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient working with MS Office and CRM software
  • Market knowledge along with current market trends
  • Strong time management, organisation and planning skills.
