National Account Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Account Coordinator to join our team at The Menu Partners. As a key member of our National Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key Foodservice accounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the National Account Management team in achieving business objectives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operating performance and achieving required KPIs and targets
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and supporting with day-to-day service
  • Tracking account performance and providing regular reports

Key Objectives:

  • Daily reporting and service management
  • Resolution of supply challenges
  • System maintenance
  • Management of product and menu change process
  • Onboarding of new customers

Key Measurements:

  • Internal and external reporting to agreed timelines
  • Adhering to timelines for new products and menu launches
  • Stock level performance
  • Service level performance
  • Implementation of pricing schedules

Requirements:

  • Good level of competency in Excel
  • Strong communication skills and friendly manner
  • Methodical approach
