As a National Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operating performance of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a support for the account management team and point of contact for customers
* Support with day-to-day service and forward view on service to maintain high levels of service
* Dealing with all key internal departments – operations, transport, procurement, supply chain & finance
* Track account performance for account management review
* Support in creation of reports on account – Internal & External
* Management of product set up, menu change management, forecast sharing for internal departments

Requirements:

* A good level of competency on Excel
* Strong communication skills and friendly manner
* Methodical in approach
