Job Title: National Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Account Coordinator to join our team at The Menu Partners. As a key member of our National Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key Foodservice accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the National Account Management team in achieving business objectives and maintaining high levels of service.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and provide day-to-day service and forward view on service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, transport, procurement, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth operating performance and achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Track account performance and support the creation of reports on account performance.
  • Manage product set up, menu change management, and forecast sharing for internal departments.
Key Objectives:
  • Daily reporting and service management.
  • Resolution of supply challenges both internally and externally.
  • System maintenance.
  • Management of product and menu change process.
  • Onboarding of new customers.
Key Measurements:
  • Internal and external reporting to agreed timelines.
  • Adherence to timelines for new products/menu launches and changes.
  • Stock level performance.
  • Service level performance.
  • Implementation of pricing schedules in line with internal and customer requirements.
  • Performance of identified initiatives to improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Good level of competency on Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and friendly manner.
  • Methodical approach.
