We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Support Worker to join our client's dynamic production team in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering role and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The key responsibilities of this role include using hand tools and power tools to assemble products to precise specifications, following detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy, inspecting finished products to guarantee quality and adherence to standards, troubleshooting and resolving issues during the manufacturing process, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in the manufacturing or engineering industry, preferably with experience in the automotive sector. Additionally, proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints is essential.
