Homecare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence.
About The Care BureauThe Care Bureau has been delivering high-quality care services since 1997, supporting individuals in their own homes across Northampton, Kettering, and Wellingborough. Our mission is to provide personalized care that promotes dignity, respect, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients
- Supporting clients with light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with clients
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.44-£11.83
- Paid mileage: 35p per mile
- Referral scheme: earn up to £500
