About the Role

We are looking for an experienced oncology care coordinator to join our team as a Homecare Chemotherapy Nurse. In this role, you will work closely with patients, carers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and support treatment and recovery.

You will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, maintaining professional standards, and providing holistic one-to-one care to patients in their own homes.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel throughout a regional area to visit patients at home.
