Care Coordinator for Complex Needs

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator for Complex Needs. This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional to support the health and wellbeing of our students with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely receive, store, and assist pupils in taking their medication, including administering emergency treatments.
- Support students with first aid, monitor for side effects, and maintain accurate records.
- Aid in the planning of student care, liaise with parents and outside agencies, and contribute to the personal, emotional, and physical development of our students.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in the administering of First Aid.
- A basic understanding of safeguarding children procedures.
- An understanding of the health needs of children and young adults aged between 5 and 19.
- Knowledge of children's developmental needs.
- Understanding of the varied needs of SEN pupils.
