Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, while also processing Education, Health and Care Needs applications within statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone cover and respond to calls from parents, schools, and external professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Education, Health and Care Needs applications, gathering information from relevant professionals and adhering to strict GDPR policies.
  • Bundle and prepare paperwork for submission to the Local Authority for decision-making purposes.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new packages and processes.
  • Knowledge of GDPR policies and procedures.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of using Liquid Logic.
  • Good diary management skills.

Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office-based and remote working. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the office for the first two weeks in post.
