We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient store operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork, diversity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and customer preferences.
