Job Summary: We are seeking an Office Support Specialist - Finance to join our team at ASL Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, ensuring the efficient operation of financial processes. This role involves email management, invoice processing, and data entry, as well as other ad-hoc requests. You will be required to possess excellent IT skills and Excel skills to effectively perform these duties.

About the Position:
This office-based role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include managing emails, processing invoices, and entering data into our systems. As an organized individual with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Previous experience working in a similar administrative capacity is desirable but not essential. Benefits and Salary: This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, along with benefits such as Annual Leave, Private Medical Insurance, and Company Pension.
