Disabilities Support Specialist

Job Description
As a Social Work Assistant at Service Care Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting Social Workers in delivering high-quality services to children and families with disabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Social Workers to assess the needs of children and young people with disabilities, as well as their families and carers.
- Assisting in identifying and implementing appropriate plans and services tailored to meet the needs of those you support.
- Contributing to specific pieces of work aimed at delivering targeted support to children and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
