Additional Learning Support Team Member

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Additional Learning Support Team as an Assessment and Access Arrangements Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position offering up to £32,199 per annum based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:
You will work collaboratively with learners, their families, schools, colleagues, and external agencies to assess, identify, and design a support plan for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Your responsibilities will include providing pre-entry and on-programme support to aid achievement of planned outcomes and progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Additional Learning Support Team members, exams team, curriculum staff, and other internal and external professionals as appropriate.
- Design and implement support plans to address learners' needs and promote academic achievement.

Requirements:
- Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent).
- Specialist SEND qualification and Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment and Access Arrangements (CPT3A) or equivalent to meet JCQ requirements.
