Join Our Team as a Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting the hotel's standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's front office operations, including room allocation, guest issues, and revenue management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front office or reception role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
