We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure a warm welcome to our hotel
  • Manage room allocations, advise on rates, packages, and promotions
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Lead and motivate the reception team to achieve high standards of service
