About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Conflict resolution skills
