Resident Care Manager

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Resident Care Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents and ensuring that their needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement individualised care plans for residents.
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
