Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the position of Care Unit Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team to achieve exceptional care standards
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet residents' needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
