Emergency Response Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Wellbeing and Emergency Response Lead to join our team at our Retirement Village in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during emergencies. Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring residents and team members know how to use the emergency call system.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in emergency response, with experience working in a similar environment. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medicash, Free Eye Test, Life Assurance, Holidays 25 days, Birthday Off, Volunteering Days up to 3 in the year, Enhanced sick pay (after 6 months of service), Enhanced Maternity, Enhanced Paternity and Cycle to work Scheme plus much more.
